On 16th March, I was invited to the Radio Academy Masterclasses to present a Masterclass and Q&A on pirate radio and film-making.
The event was a great success. Following the screening of ‘Stay Sailing’ , students asked questions about my experiences, pirate radio’s relevance today, the future and role it has to play in culture and communities.

Yvonne Archer (BBC), Abigail Wincott (Radio Academy), Lady Paulette (MEE Productions) and myself

It was a fascinating and entertaining debate, and a pleasure to be there – thanks to all who came, and to Abigail for inviting me down. For more information, see here.
